Possible reasons a room was not booked are...

1. You have reached the 3 hour daily limit a single person can request the rooms. This limit includes all room requested for the whole day.

2. A Geogetown email address was not used to book the room.

3. You must confirm your booking within 30 minutes after requesting by following the instructions in the confirmation email.
