Yes, Georgetown Library is open to the public.

You are free to come in and use the library space and any library materials here in the building.

Should you wish to sign out books to use at home, you can take out a library membership.

You need to bring your Qatar ID card (or photocopy as you may have to leave your ID at the gate) and sign up at the Circulation Desk in the library when you come.
