Q. What does "in transit" mean when I see it on the library catalog?

An item is listed as "In Transit" when it is enroute to one of the Georgetown campuses. Placing a hold on the item will ensure that when the item becomes available it will be delivered to your campus and kept on the hold shelf for you to pick up.
