If it is a very current article, it may not be available from the Georgetown JSTOR License at this time. However, at times, JSTOR will 'recommend' or provide a link to an alternative database or repository.

One solution is to use Google Scholar, as it will 'locate' the article via additional Georgetown databases. Be sure that you have changed your Google Settings to include the Georgetown University libraries.
